Mike Thrutchley reports progress on the following projects: Internet Service: Internet service was extended to the Lodge, Tabernacle, Rustic Cabins, Canteen & Dining Hall. Lodge: Applied final coat of sealer to the wood floors of the east 2nd story suites; installed baseboard throughout the same suites; painted trim, walls and mural and installed wall paper in southeast 2nd story suite; completed ceiling of # 8; worked on ceiling of # 7; installed a number of light fixtures; oiled bed frames; started wood floor installation on 2nd story apartment; finished outdoor trim. Children’s Tabernacle: Reworked electric lines for a/c installation; repaired roof to prevent future leakage. Block Cabins: Set posts for front awnings on Cabins 5 - 8 and 9 - 12. Manager’s Office: Set posts for front and back porches. General: Fixed rock wall at the Riverside Chapel; finished installing the new electric at the Shop; did several plumbing repairs; worked on cleaning up the back of the Shop; hauled more lumber to the Barn; unloaded the camp trailer; cut down a number of cedar trees for posts and cleaned up around native trees. Joy Ellis and Karla Harden prepare a feast of Tex/Mex and fabulous deserts.
